A windshield replacement can take about 2-4 hours. Please be advised that it could take longer that the estimated time given. We will contact you with any updates to keep you informed.
Unfortunately, at this moment we do not have a waiting area. All appointments are drop-off only. Once the job is completed we will call you to let you know what time your vehicle can be picked up. We please ask you to have pickup arrangements before dropping off the vehicle.
Yes! We make sure everything is secured and safe before you pick up your vehicle. We give the glue enough time to cure during the windshield replacement process in order for you to drive safely.
If you have gotten a windshield replaced we strongly recommend waiting 7 days before you take it to a car wash.
If you have gotten a quarter, vent, or back glass replaced we strongly recommend waiting 14 days before you take it to get tinted.

The most common sensors that are equipped with vehicles are:
-Rain Sensor: The windshield wipers will come on automatically when it starts to rain.
-Auto-Dimming Rear View Mirror: The rearview mirror will automatically darken when it's exposed to sunlight. When the headlights shine on the mirror's surface it will automatically dim which will reduce the glare on the rear-view mirror.
-Forward Collision Alert/Lane Departure System/Adaptive Cruise Control/Lane Keep Assist: These sensors are onboard sensors that assist the driver with maintaining a distance by automatically adjusting your cruising speed. This includes
-Blind-spot monitors
-Pedestrian monitors
-Automatic Braking System

-Heads-Up Display: HUD projects images on the windshield when looking straight ahead from the driver's seat.
-Heated Windshield: If you look at the bottom of the windshield where the windshield wipers lay, you will either notice wires or lines across the bottom of the windshield. If these are visible, then you have a heated windshield. Please note that sometimes they are not visible.
-Condensation Sensor: This is usually located near the rearview mirror. A condensation sensor detects moisture on the inside of the windshield and automatically adjusts the climate to reduce the fogging effect.
If you are still unsure, please send us clear pictures of your entire windshield from the inside and outside when you submit your form or text us for a quote.
Depending on the size and depth of the stone chip(s), they can be repaired. Please be aware when it's left unfixed, stone chips can grow into a crack that spans the length of the glass.
Left unfixed, a small chip can grow into a crack that spans the length of the glass. Once a crack occurs it is no longer repairable and you will need a windshield replacement.
There are two ways to receive a quote

*We please ask you to have your vin# ready as we require the vin# to verify your vehicle's information. Certain year/make/models have multiple styles of windshields, back glass, door glass, etc so we will require pictures in order to give you a quote.
Yes, we are willing to price match for you. For us to price match we need the following:
A physical or emailed copy of the quote you have received that includes the following
your contact information, vehicle information, part number(s), and price(s). Once we review the quote, we will determine if we can price match.
We strongly suggest getting new wipers installed with your windshield replacement because this will minimize the possibility of your new windshield being scratched from the worn-out wipers. New windshield wipers start at $50+ tax.
We offer mobile to nearby cities within Conshohocken, PA. Please be advised there will be an additional mobile fee charge applied.
Yes, we have a cancellation fee. If you do not reschedule 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or do not show up to your appointment we will charge your card 25% of the total amount that you were quoted.
If you are running late for your appointment please call us to let us know. We have a 30-minute grace period
Yes. Prior to scheduling your appointment, we will need either a credit or debit card to confirm your appointment. There will be a temporary hold and once the job is completed your payment will be processed.
Please note that any amount over $500 will need to have a $250 deposit processed in order to confirm your appointment.
Any custom glass or parts that directly from the dealer (OEM) must be paid in full since this is a non-refundable/non-returnable transaction.
As of September 1st, 2023, we are no longer accepting insurance claims.
We accept cash, zelle, and debit/credit card such as Discover, Visa, & Mastercard. *Please note with all debit/credit card transactions there will be a 3.5% debit/credit transaction fee applied.
