OUR WARRANTY
Conshohocken Auto Glass Policy
Lifetime Auto Glass Warranty
Conshohocken Auto Glass's 1-year limited lifetime warranty covers materials defects (for up to 1 year from the purchase date) and carries a lifetime workmanship warranty to the original owner/lessor of the vehicle.
To qualify you must notify us within 30 days of the purchase date. We are not responsible for any damage(s) that result from your delay in notifying us within 30 days of the purchase date. Upon notifying us within 30 days we must be given the opportunity to inspect the vehicle before the approval of any warranty claim. Proof of purchase (POP) is required to submit any claim. Failure to comply with our company policy instructions, Conshohocken Auto Glass has the right to void all warranties and the customer will be responsible for all associated costs of repair. Please contact us to verify warranty eligibility.
This warranty is not transferrable to another owner/lessor.
Limited Warranty
- Our windshield wipers come with a 6-month warranty that is effective from the date of purchase. We will replace any wiper that is proven to be defective or workmanship during the warranty period. Proof of purchase (POP) is required to submit any claim. This warranty is not transferrable to another owner/lessor.
We DO NOT offer any warranty for custom glass orders.

*Please note that once the customer has approved & inspected their vehicle, for any damage(s) upon vehicle pickup or job-site completion, we are not liable for any damage(s) and/or anything brought up after the vehicle has been picked up.
*If you have any issues regarding sensors, leakage, etc, we must be notified within 1-5 business days from the service date in order to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Please make sure you provide your receipt/invoice as it will be required.
Disclaimer
In some instances, through no fault of the technician, during the stone chip repair process the damaged area may become larger and will require a windshield replacement. The warranty does not cover this and Conshohocken Auto Glass is not responsible for the cost of the windshield replacement.
